MM2 Group, Inc. is a publicly-traded holding company (OTC Bulletin Board Symbol: MMGP) which is focused on an aggressive acquisition strategy in the nutraceutical industry. Our efforts are supported by our solid working relationships with some of the largest and most respected investment funds, venture capital firms, and hedge funds in the world. The Company has recently acquired Genotec Nutritionals, Inc., a leading nutraceutical marketing and distribution company located in New York. Utilizing a roll-up strategy, MM2 intends to acquire and consolidate a series of the best and brightest companies in this highly fragmented market, creating a large national company which will create value for both its shareholders and employees.

The total retail natural products market is highly fragmented and totaled approximately $68.6 billion in retail sales in calendar 2004. The natural products market is comprised of the following submarkets (with estimated calendar 2004 sales indicated): (i) personal care, $5.5 billion, (ii) natural and organic foods, $18.4 billion, (iii) functional foods, $24.4 billion, and (iv) vitamins, minerals and supplements, $20.3 billion.
Why has the market gotten so large? Why does it continue to grow? We believe the answer can be seen in every community in America .. a 50 year old today is a much different person than a 50 year old was in 1975.
People refuse to give in to ageing. They exercise, eat right, continue to engage in physical activities they enjoy despite their age, and have a sincere belief in the efficacy and value of natural products and supplements.
The Baby Boom generation, which is one of the largest and wealthiest of demographics, has now reached 60 years of age. Their desire to minimize the effects of ageing via nutraceuticals helps ensure, we believe, that the retail natural products market will continue to grow.
